Sone 436 Terms & Conditions – Everything Explained in Plain English

This document applies to the use of the Sone 436 platform (https://sone436.best) and all its services. "Sone 436", "we", or "platform" refers to this website and its operating company. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has created an account on or is using this platform.

Sone 436 is an internationally operated online gaming and Sports Betting platform licensed under the Curacao Gaming Authority (License No: 8048/JAZ). These terms and conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these full terms and conditions. If you object to any term, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Sone 436. The details provided at registration — name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and your own. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be suspended at any time.

Only one account may be created per person, per household, or per device. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same phone number, bank account, or device ID, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned or withdrawal requests made from those accounts will be considered void.

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for registration.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
• The member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

Sone 436 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, the identity of every member is verified. In certain cases, completing the KYC process is mandatory before a withdrawal can be made.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. If any information is unclear or incomplete, Sone 436 may request additional documents. Withdrawal requests may be on hold until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit at Sone 436 is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–6 hours.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent directly to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to a different account are generally not permitted.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• The bonus wallet balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the rollover requirement must be completed first.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by the member's VIP level.

Sone 436 offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements, maximum amounts, and expiry periods. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all conditions have been met.

The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳5,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable. The weekly cashback rollover is just 1x, and the referral bonus rollover is 3x.

• Bonus funds are not always used before the main balance — this applies only to specific games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• For rollover calculations, slots games count at 100%, table games at 10%, and live betting at 50%.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus funds is 5x the bonus amount or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.
• Sone 436 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

A number of fundamental rules apply to Sports Betting at Sone 436. Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — unless the cash-out feature applies. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed before the scheduled completion time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Sone 436 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Payouts on bets won in connection with match-fixing or manipulation may be withheld.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a risk-free profit (arbitrage) is considered a breach of terms.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market. The limit for each market is displayed at the time of betting.

In live and in-play betting, odds can change rapidly. Bets placed during an odds update may be temporarily held as pending. If the bet is not accepted at the new odds, the system will automatically return the funds to your account.

Sone 436 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent information to claim bonuses
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Betting or playing games using automated software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Knowingly exploiting technical system errors or bugs
• Lending or selling your account to another person
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information

Violating any of the above rules may result in Sone 436 immediately closing the account, confiscating the balance, and taking legal action where necessary.

Either the member or Sone 436 may initiate account closure. If you wish to close your account yourself, please email support and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance.

Sone 436 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation or prohibited activity is found
• Evidence of false or fraudulent information submitted during KYC verification
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 until the balance reaches zero. The account can still be reactivated after this.

Sone 436 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — not as a substitute for income. We actively support efforts to prevent gaming-related problems.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period can be set for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.
• If self-exclusion is active, any attempt to create a new account will be blocked.

The laws of Curacao govern the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions. The jurisdiction of Curacao's legal system is recognized for any legal disputes.

Sone 436 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Minor changes may take effect without prior notice. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or a platform banner.
